We had a couple of very pleasant hours at this beach on a pleasant sunny day.
Never been there before but obviously it is a renowned place for surfers who know what they are doing , swimmers would have to be careful here also as at time it would be very wild and dangerous. There were plenty of surfers doing there thing and also quite a lot of people fishing , we saw some nice fish that had been caught.
Lovely to walk on the lovely sandy beach.
There is a good life saving club there which is very active (check the photos) and apparently they rescue a lot of people during the season who get into trouble.
Long sandy beach in Fingal, which is a surfers' paradise .. It is located in the Mornington Peninsula National Park and is part of the 30km long sandy and rocky coast that extends from Cape Schanck to Point Nepean.
Such a lovely beach to visit on the east coast of Victoria. There’s normally waves that you can surf at and it’s not always super busy so you can alway find a nice place to sit.

Not even on a leash, that should've been the title of the Beach, what a waste of time driving all the way here! Big and nice car park though, with showers and toilets... But no bins in the area, BIG signs suggest "Take the rubbish home with you"
Very disappointing to say the least.
I can't really comment on the beach as I couldn't go there with my dog.
Gunnamatta is the perfect place to surf.
Family can enjoy the beach while the kids have fun.

One of the most beautiful places in Victoria. Amazing beach, can swim here and go for a long walk. Idyllic, postcard-perfect views. Just come here.
Amazing surf beach (only) -or for a walk along to the beautiful point at the end. Surf rescue is available when the beach flags are out, requesting you to surf between the flags. Just beautiful to sit at the top on the wooden bench and watch the surfers wait or catch the waves. Thoroughly amazing.
